Chuck was born on 6-19-72 and died on 6-23-08. He died with a Methadone level of 1108ng/ml. He died alone in his apartment having just started on Methadone within the past week of his death. He had become addicted to Oxycontin during the past 2 years during 3 back surgeries. He had a very addictive personality and struggled with previous addictions. He had built up a high tolerance to the Oxycontin and so we believe that when he received the Methadone he thought that he could take it in the same way. Unfortunately this was not the case. He took too many too quick. His body must not have been able to take what he gave it. His EDDP level was 159ng/ml.

He was my first born son and will be sadly missed by us all. He was such a loving person. Always ready to say I" Love You" and give you a big hug despite any misgivings that may have occurred. He knew that the most important thing was people and letting them know how much they meant to you.
