In Loving Memory of David Paul Sobek Jr. 02/28/82 ~ 03/14/08 and Melissa Nicole Edgell 09/14/83 ~ 03/29/07

On March 14, 2008 I lost my son David Paul Sobek Jr to Methadone. He was prescribed methadone by a doctor from a Tampa Pain Clinic. He was prescribed methadone as well as two other opiates by the same doctor. According to the medical examiner, Methadone was the direct cause of my son's death. On 03/29/07, Less than a year prior to my son's death, his finance Melissa Edgell was found dead also of an overdose of methadone and also prescribed by the same doctor. They leave behind by their beautiful daughter, my granddaughter, Briauna Nicole Sobek. I miss you terribly! My heart is so broken. I ask myself how your young lives could be taken so soon. Though you are gone, you will foever remain in my thoughts, my prayers and in my heart!
