In Memory of James Cruz 10/04/1966 ~ 11/12/2005James was born in Hartford, CT and died in Lake Worth, FL. He was a wonderful man and loved children and the old alike. He taught me what true love really is and that I should never accept less than I am worth. James was a Heroin addict that went to see his Primary Care Physician (PCP) on 11/11/2005 for his addiction. His PCP prescribed to him both Methadone and Xanax, which neither of us thought more than relief that his addiction would be under control. How wrong we were, James was dead within the first 24 hours of taking his medication. His doctor NEVER warned us that this combination is deadly. Neither did the pharmacy that we went to get it filled. James was a welder when I met him. After a year, he owned his own business, 6 months into that year, we moved in together and he asked me to marry him... Our future felt so right. How was I to know a Doctor would Kill him??? I will FOREVER have James embedded into my heart. For he is my soul mate, the Love of my Life as I was His.
Always in my heart, Forever in my SOUL. Love Always, Tricia Ann
