Tara M. Faith, 19 years old from Greenville, KY was a beautiful, vibrant girl who never met a stranger. She had a car wreck on August 28, 2008 and totaled her car. She got out of the emergency room about 4:00 a.m. on the 28th with a prescription of flexiril, muscle relaxer. A friend that was in the car with her so her that evening and she was complaining about how sore she was (she wasn't wearing her seatbelt) and he got them a vial of methadone and they split it. She told him and her brother that she was tired and going home to go to bed and she would see them in the morning. She went to sleep about 10:15 p.m. on the 28th and she never woke up. The man who sold the methadone was receiving a weeks dose at a time every time he visited the methadone clinic and he sold his doses. Just 3 weeks prior he sold some to his stepson that overdosed and nearly died. It didn't slow him down any, he continued to sell it. He has now been cut off.
