Travis Rex Barrentine was born on June 6,1989 and died December 12,2007.Travis was a wonderful child who was kind, playful, smart and a joy to be around. He loved football, golf, fishing and hunting. He loved to ride four wheelers and spend time at the family farm. The out pouring of young people at his funeral was incredible and we always told him what a great lawyer he could have been. Somebody gave him a wafer of methadone the last day he lived and it killed him. There was another boy that took it that night as well and he did not die and won't tell us where they got it from. We need to get this stuff off the street or it will keep killing.God bless all the families who have also lost to this drug.
